A house asks for money and attention on a schedule nobody wrote down. HomeLogix writes it down: what the home costs, what has been done to it, what is due next, and what it all adds up to when you sell.

What it does

Log expenses, maintenance and utility bills against each home. Track the appliances and systems in it, with their warranties. Keep the schedules a house needs — filters, flushes, gutters, inspections — suggested from what your home actually has, so a house without a pool is never nagged about pool chemistry. Keep the vendors you would call again, next to every job they did. And keep the paperwork somewhere better than a drawer.

What it is not

Not an advice service, not a marketplace, and not a place your data is the product. There are no ads, no trackers and no analytics SDKs. Everything you enter is exportable as a CSV file from the day you start.

Sharing a household

A HomeLogix account can hold several people. An administrator sees everything; managers and members see only the homes they are assigned. What each person logs stays under their name, even after they leave.
